Those parents lost - it was no contest. Actually, instead of Nazareth - you'd have to go back to the Everly Brothers, since they were the first to record that song. Gram Parsons also did it. My research shows it only hit #41 in 1960. (Actually Boudleaux Bryant wrote it).

The best cure for a song stuck in your head is to sing Whitney Houston's "How will I know" over it. Then, the song will be gone, as well as the how will I know song. Try it. It works!
