I sympathize with you on the panic attacks... they can shake you so bad you think you're gonna die. I trigger usually in the car... lets face it that is where you "usually" have time that you only hear your mind whirring! I hope you don't have another one anytime soon! OMG. That was over 3 years ago? I remember the one hot client that started hitting on you when you lost all your weight. Hah. Good times. So tell us more about your panic attacks (since we're good little listeners). Is it involuntary? Does it only happen in stressful situations? I'd tell a doctor, not shit-for-brains over there. Speaking of, why is he seeing a counselor? Something tells me that he'd only go if it were mandated. Did I miss this story? A lot of good that seems to be doing! Maybe s/he'd let you join in on a session?

Hey, It's so great to hear from you! Maybe you should have Hub check out marriagebuilders.com to learn about the love bank. It sounds as if he's doing a lot of withdrawing but no depositing. Simple enough for him to understand maybe?
Also, I'm probably going to be in Nashua at the end of July, early August because there are good yarn shops there, you're there, a podcaster I listen to lives there, and I will be driving from Boston to Maine, so might as well stop by, right? It's actually creepy how often I run across Nashua in my online life, considering that it isn't the largest town around.
Can I stop by and see you, too?
